Inspired by the natural beauty and culture of Scotland, the heritage watches are all crafted in Glasgow using reclaimed whisky barrels. The copper base not only creates an appealing contrast with the wood but adds strength and is known to have healing benefits. Copper is traditionally used to distill whisky.
The unique handmade straps are produced using a selection of Scottish materials such as 'Harris Tweed' and fine Scottish leather. 'Harris Tweed' has been handwoven only by the islanders of Scotland’s Outer Hebrides for hundreds of years from 100% pure new wool. The 'Harris Tweed’ is then hand-stitched to the our Scottish leather produced by Muirhaed who have been producing fine leather since 1840.
All our watches are never the same and one of a kind, they come in different shades of colour and grains due to the properties of the reclaimed whisky barrels. The watches are all assembled and hand-finished with oils to bring out the rich grains of the wood.

As the watch is used, the appearance will change over time due to wear and tear, we hope this will create a stronger connection to the user. We recommend keeping it away from too much water, however you can gently clean it using a cloth with lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt. The copper will eventually tarnish due to oxidisation and turning green in colour, this can be easily cleaned.
